My passion for photography and my creative interests are what inspired me to pursue a career in professional photography. As a native of Connecticut and a graduate of the University of Connecticut, I began to take classes in photography and graphic design at the Paier College of Art. 

In the fall of 2005, I enrolled in the Hallmark Institute of Photography in MA to further my photographic training. Upon graduating in the summer of 2006, I relocated to Atlanta, GA and worked for Professional Photographer Magazine/PPA (Professional Photographers of America) for 11 years. Throughout this time I continued my education with classes in photography, video editing and design. 

I photographed weddings throughout the Northeast and Southeast for 12 years. Since moving back to Connecticut my photography has evolved in a new direction. Travel and photography are two of my favorites things. Over the last few years I've focused on visiting new locations and photographing in different parts of the world.
